Tongolo Resort Beach offers a lakeside clubhouse, meals, and outdoor team activities.

Our newly built two-storey clubhouse overlooks the water and comfortably hosts up to 150 guests . It’s designed for flexibility, from seminars and corporate retreats to group celebrations and creative sessions.

Alongside the clubhouse, we offer glamping units for guests who want to stay close to the event space while enjoying a touch of outdoor comfort. Each unit blends privacy and convenience, allowing you to unwind just steps from the lake after a full day of sessions.

The clubhouse is equipped with a PA sound system and projector for presentations, plus a variety of setup options to match your agenda. When it’s time to unwind, you’ll have access to plenty of activities and experiences around the resort — from games and beach walks to lake excursions.

Delivered by an experienced professional coach.

Mind-transformational video clips followed by group discussion.
Case studies presented on a wide screen using an LED projector and cinema-quality sound to encourage participation and understanding.

Outdoor Team Building Games

2 Hours

Mode of Delivery:

Highly interactive and competitive games conducted by a professional team-building coach and instructor.

Held in our outdoor beach gardens with background music, a premium sound system, and cordless microphones.

Setup:
Teams divided into five groups of 10 members each.

Games include:
Sack race, bottle-filling relay, ball dribbling, tug of war, balloon race, blowing competitions, giant sandal train, jerrycan boda, fitness drill, egg-on-spoon race, flour-blowing drill, karaoke contests, quiz challenges, and more.

Lunch Break

1 Hour

Guests enjoy lunch at the resort restaurant, choosing between our African Buffet or À la carte menu.

Meals are freshly prepared with a focus on local ingredients and generous portions to keep the team refreshed for the afternoon sessions.

Team Painting Puzzle Activity

2 Hours

A guided art session led by a professional painter and artist.

Teams split into four groups, each with three painters.
Provided materials: sketches, paintbrushes, art boards, and paint.
Paintings are later presented at the evening campfire.

Team Hiking & Treasure Hunt Challenge

1.5 Hours

A guided hike to and from Tongolo Hill, led by an experienced tour guide.

Each participant receives a walking stick and two bottles of mineral water.
Includes a 15-minute village walk through Tongolo Trading Centre, followed by a 30-minute ascent and 30-minute descent.
A treasure hunt takes place at the hilltop.
Shared binoculars provided for all teams.
Ends with sunset souvenir photos capturing panoramic views of Lake Victoria’s shoreline across Buikwe, Njeru, Jinja, and Mayuge districts.

Evening Campfire with Barbecue & Storytelling

1.5 Hours

A lakeside campfire set up in a round seating arrangement. Teams gather to share stories, unwind, and enjoy a barbecue before departure
